There are lots of ways to keep fit and healthy and the easiest way is through PLAY!
Regular active play is crucial to a child's development, and benefits grown ups too. It helps mental, emotional and and physical health and wellbeing.
It is through play that we gain essential life skills, such as communication and co-ordination. It allows us to develop personal confidence and self esteem, and helps us understand consequences, and empowers us to make decisions alone or as part of a team.
